Mr Lorenzi was excellent before, during and after my gallbladder surgery in October 2020.
All aspects of the procedure were explained clearly and comprehensively to me beforehand.
The tiny scars have healed very well and are hardly noticeable at all now.
I received good aftercare following the surgery and was extremely grateful for the care that was given by everyone involved.
